Roosevelt Students Compete in Area Gymnastics Competition

Four of Roosevelt’s young gymnasts, Aspen Summerlin, Kourtney Evans, Avery James, and competed in the Aim High Dream Meet, a three day competition that ran from January 13 – 15, at the Cox Convention Center in Tulsa. 

Aspen Summerlin placed 1^st in bars, 3^rd in beam, 4^th in vault, and 4^th All-Around in her age group. 

Kourtney Evans was Beam Champion and placed 2^nd in Vault, 4^th in Bars, and 3^rd All-Around. 

Phoebe Weaver placed 1^st on bars, 1^st on beam, 1^st on vault and finished 1^st overall in her level.

Avery James placed 3^rd in Bars, Beam, and Floor. James placed 4^th All-Around.
