Pryor Public Schools will be OPEN tomorrow, Friday, January 23, with an early release for all students, including bus riders, due to the predicted winter weather timeline.
Bus riders: Students should arrive home about one hour earlier than usual.
Monday: No decision has been made at this time.
For details on how weather-related decisions are made, please see the weather decision information on our website.

Pryor Middle School faculty and staff accepted the challenge and sat down with Ms. Niblack’s world geography students to see if they could identify all 50 states. Let’s just say… it was harder than it looks!

The Board plays a key role in guiding the district—setting policies, approving budgets, hiring the superintendent, and helping keep district goals moving forward.
This responsibility has deep roots. Local school boards date back to 1647 in the Massachusetts Bay Colony, making them one of America’s oldest democratic institutions and a lasting example of community involvement in public education.
Thank you to our Pryor Public Schools Board of Education for your time, leadership, and dedication to our Tigers. Your service makes a lasting difference in our schools and our community. 💙

Our community leaders and local churches have come together to create the Pryor Food Availability & Resources List — offering planned community meals throughout the week to support those impacted by recent benefit delays.
A list of available food resources is included below to help connect families with local support.
🧡 Together, our community is making sure no Tiger goes hungry.

As we close out National Principals Month, we celebrate our incredible team of leaders who guide teachers and students with one goal in mind: Tiger Success.

Lincoln Littles had a special visitor yesterday—Smokey Bear stopped by to talk with students about fire safety! 🐻
For more than 80 years, Smokey has been an American icon, teaching generations about the importance of preventing wildfires. His timeless message, “Only you can prevent wildfires,” remains at the heart of the longest-running public service campaign in U.S. history.
Thanks to Smokey and his friends for reminding our students how small actions can make a big difference in keeping our forests—and our communities—safe!

Our Pryor High School Aviation Aces are flying high in their brand-new blue Carhartt shirts—thanks to their mentor, Charlie Welch, a retired Pryor teacher. ✈️
When the Aces suit up in shirts featuring the Flying Tiger Aviation & Aerospace logo, they not only look sharp but also proudly represent their goal of becoming future aviation professionals. #PryorTigerStrong
